Using MAPRISE as a team
Plans: inviting team members is available on Pro / Business / Enterprise. The shared workspace "Team Assets" is available on Business / Enterprise.
Inviting team members
The account owner can invite colleagues by email to use MAPRISE under the same contract. Each plan includes a set number of seats.

How to invite
- After logging in, open the account menu at the top right and choose "Manage team members" (shown for Pro and above)
- Check that a seat is free in "Seats in use: used / limit"
- Enter the email address and the role of the person you want to invite, and send the invitation
- The invited person accepts from the email they receive. Invitations expire after 7 days
- Once accepted, that person gets the same plan features as the owner
Roles
On Business and above you can set a role for each member.

The account owner is always an administrator and manages the members.
Removing a member
You can remove a member from the list in "Manage team members". A removed member's account returns to the Free plan.
Notes
- Someone who is already a member of another team cannot be invited
- Someone who has their own paid subscription cannot accept an invitation (to avoid double billing)
- If a plan change leaves too few seats, adjust the number of members within the 14-day grace period
- Inviting and removing members is limited to a set number of operations per month
Team Assets (shared workspace)
Plans: Business / Enterprise
Team Assets is a shared workspace for teams of about ten people at real estate firms and developers, to share properties, map views and survey reports across the team. It reduces duplicated research on the same property and keeps survey results from being lost when someone is reassigned or leaves.

| Shared reports | Publish generated property survey reports to the team. A confirmation appears when you publish |
What each person can edit depends on their role above. Sharing is limited to the team (members of the same contract). AI conversation history is not shared.
