Q. How precise is the volume check?
A. It combines zoning, BCR, FAR, and frontage-road adjustment into an estimate. Use it as input for early screening, with the architect's full check (slant-line restrictions, sunlight regulations, etc.) handling the precision phase.
Q. Can we use PLATEAU 3D data?
A. PLATEAU 3D city models (building shape and height) for 265 municipalities nationwide (approx. 23.76 million buildings) are loaded, and building height and shape can be reviewed in 3D. Pro plan and above. Coverage density varies by municipality depending on each area's data-compilation status, and coverage continues to expand. The per-building seismic collapse-probability layer, however, is currently available only for 27 Kyushu municipalities (approx. 1.96 million buildings).
Q. Can we see city gas service areas too?
A. Yes. Since August 2026, based on the list of general gas pipeline operators published by the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy and each operator's wheeling (third-party access) supply terms, we show reference information on city gas service areas on the map for the Kyushu 7 prefectures (Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima). At the municipality level, you can see one of three statuses — "service area exists," "unconfirmed," or "no applicable operator" — useful as a first-pass screening signal for whether city gas infrastructure is present at a candidate site. This is municipality-level reference information; it does not indicate supply across an entire municipality or confirm whether a specific parcel can be supplied, and MAPRISE is not affiliated or partnered with any gas operator. Always confirm the detailed supply conditions for a prospective site directly with the relevant general gas pipeline operator.
Q. Can we bulk-load candidate data?
A. CSV bulk import is planned (Enterprise plan) — pull property lists from in-house systems and screen them in one batch.
Q. How is access controlled when sharing with execs / design / sales?
A. Share URLs (planned) will support read-only and edit-enabled modes. IP allow-listing is planned for the Enterprise plan.
Q. Can we track competitor activity?
A. Recent transactions + land-price moves + building-permit data (designated cities) reveal area development tempo. Tracking specific firms' specific projects is a separate scope — let's discuss.
