No prorated refunds. • Annual plans: no mid-term refunds during the contract period. • If a critical service failure prevents use within 7 days of the initial charge, we will address it individually. • Due to the nature of digital content, the cooling-off period under Article 15-2 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply. |

Free Trial
During the beta period (through end of October 2026), you can try all features for free without registration or a credit card, regardless of plan (monthly AI-credit limits and storage features — property registration, saved views — follow the plan on your account once you register). There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan after registration; conversion occurs only when the user explicitly opts in.
Data Handling
Maps, reports, and AI chat history generated during use are retained for 30 days after cancellation, then progressively deleted, except for data we are required to retain by law. To request a data export before cancellation, please contact info@maprise.jp.
