This policy covers the following official accounts.

• Facebook (MAPRISE)

No other account is an official MAPRISE account. If we add or change an account, we will announce it on this site.

What our posts are

• Posts on the official accounts are for service announcements and general information.
• Posts are not advice or a recommendation on investment, sales, lending, legal, tax or any other professional matter. Please confirm important decisions yourself or with a specialist.
• When we share AI analysis or map data, it is reference information and may contain errors.
• We may correct or delete posts without notice.

What we ask of you

When you comment, reply, send a message, quote or tag us, please refrain from the following.

• Defaming or harassing any person, company or organization, or infringing their honor or privacy
• Discriminatory expression based on race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, belief, gender, disability or similar attributes
• Posting personal information (including your own) or confidential information
• Infringing copyright, portrait rights or other rights of a third party
• Spreading false or misleading information
• Advertising, solicitation or other commercial posts
• Anything that violates law or public order and morals
• Anything that harms us or a third party, or disrupts our operations

If we judge a post to fall under the above, we may hide, delete, report or block it, or block the account, without prior notice.

How we handle comments and messages

• We may not be able to reply to every comment or message.
• For questions about how to use the service, contracts, defects or personal information, please use the contact form or the Voice of Customers form rather than social media.
• We will never ask you to send passwords, payment details or personal information over social media.
• Feedback we receive helps us improve the service. We will not publish it in a form that identifies you.

Follows, likes and reposts

• Our following, liking, reposting or quoting an account or post does not mean we endorse or guarantee its content or its author.
• If you quote or share our posts, please do not change their meaning.
• You may not use our name or logo for advertising or promotion without our permission.

Beware of impersonation

• Watch for accounts and messages that pretend to be us. The accounts listed above are our only official accounts.
• We will never ask for payment, cryptoassets or investment, or login credentials over social media.
• If you find a suspicious account or message, do not open any link; please contact us.

Privacy

Information obtained on a social media platform (account names, post content and so on) is handled under that platform's terms and privacy policy. Personal information we obtain is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not control how each platform works, including ads and data collection.

Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee that information on social media is accurate, complete or current.
• Posts may be unavailable because of platform outages, specification changes or account suspension.
• We are not responsible for disputes between users, or between a user and a third party.
• Notwithstanding the above, liability for damage caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence follows applicable law.

We may change this policy as needed without prior notice. A revised policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
