What areas does MAPRISE cover?

MAPRISE covers all of Japan. Core features — zoning, land prices, hazard information, and more — are available nationwide (coverage varies by data source and is expanding progressively). A few features (the per-building collapse-probability layer in seismic simulation, solar PV facility data, fill-land regulation areas, large-scale fill land, and national forest data) currently launch first in Kyushu, where MAPRISE was founded. Question 2

Can we bring in the property data our company already manages?

Accepted Answer

On Pro and above, you can register properties from the app and manage them as a portfolio (see the plan comparison table for per-plan limits). Bulk CSV import for large portfolios is planned for the Enterprise plan. In the meantime, start by registering your key properties individually.

Question 3

Do I need to register a credit card?

Accepted Answer

No. During the beta (until the end of October 2026), every plan can try all features, including AI analysis. Monthly AI-credit limits and storage features (property registration, saved views) follow the plan you registered with. No credit card information is collected. When the beta ends, billing never starts automatically — your account simply continues on the Free plan.

Question 4

Can I use MAPRISE without creating an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Without an account, you can browse the map and try the AI features (a daily limit applies). Features that save your data — property registration, PDF reports — require a free account.

Question 5

Can I really use the "デジタル化・AI導入補助金 2026" (Digital and AI Adoption Subsidy)?

Accepted Answer

We plan to apply for vendor certification. If certified, the Pro plan (¥7,800/mo) is expected to be usable with the "デジタル化・AI導入補助金 2026" (formerly "IT導入補助金"; the Digital and AI Adoption Subsidy operated by SMRJ — Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation; standard category covers up to 1/2 of cost, ¥50K-¥4.5M, with cloud fees eligible for 1-2 years depending on the tool category). If approved, part of the introduction cost may be eligible for subsidy (conditions and screening apply). Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

You can change plans anytime. Feature upgrades take effect immediately (your AI credit limit is updated by your next renewal date at the latest). Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle (no mid-cycle refunds).

Question 7

Can I cancel anytime? Are there penalties?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel anytime with no penalty. You retain access through the end of the current billing month. Your data is kept and can be restored for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it is progressively deleted, except for data we are required to retain by law.

Is annual or monthly billing better?

Accepted Answer

Annual billing is cheaper — you save 2 months. For example, Pro plan costs ¥93,600/year (¥7,800×12) monthly, vs ¥78,000/year annually.

Question 9

What happens when AI credits run out?

Accepted Answer

When you use all your AI credits for the month, AI features pause until the following month — but map viewing and basic features remain available. Even if you hit the limit, upgrading to a higher plan expands your usage right away, from the same month. One-off additional-credit purchases are planned for a future release. The on-screen credit indicator warns you as your balance runs low, so there are no surprises.

Is this usable if I am not tech-savvy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you can use a mouse and keyboard, you can use MAPRISE. Click the map or follow on-screen prompts to get real-estate information. You can simply ask the AI "tell me about this area" in plain language. Email and phone support are available.

Question 11

Is my data kept private from other companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your property data and analysis history are accessible only by your company and no one else. Data is stored encrypted in AWS data centers in Japan.

Question 12

What do we get with Enterprise before we even contact you?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Today, Enterprise already includes unlimited seats, an effectively unlimited AI-credit allowance, a dedicated customer success contact, and fully customizable reports. API access, SSO/SAML authentication, and bulk CSV property import are planned for a future release (timing not yet set). Reach out via the contact form to discuss your specific requirements.
