Yes. During the beta (through 31 October 2026) many layers are available even on the free plan. From November 2026 it changes layer by layer, as follows (planned scope as of 20 October 2026).
Starter and above: most hazard layers other than the three free ones (for example flood at planning scale, inland flooding, storm surge, geology, active faults), Meiji- and Showa-era land use and old topographic maps, estimated road width, solar-panel coverage, boring data, Kitakyushu unused land, elementary/junior-high and high-school districts, serious crime in Tokyo, and the 250 m-mesh population forecast.
Pro and above: appraisal reports, and environmental infrastructure such as power stations, substations, transmission lines and crematoria.
Free but only in part: city-planning zones, the registry map, farmland parcels, embankment-regulation zones and similar cover only the area within about 10 km of each prefectural capital; care and disability-service offices and FIT-certified solar plants show roughly one point in ten; traffic accidents and reported crimes show 2019 only; real-estate transactions show price-band colours only; land prices cover the last three years.
Still free: flood (maximum scale), landslide and tsunami, water utilities, city-gas supply areas and others.
The plan icon on each layer in the layer catalogue shows the conditions for that layer.
