MAPRISE helps real estate and urban-planning decisions with maps and data. Introduce users through your referral code, and receive a reward based on the monthly fees of the contracts that result.
How rewards work
When a user you introduced subscribes to a paid plan, a reward accrues based on their monthly fee. Reward rates and conditions follow the latest terms provided at contract time.
Referral code
Users acquired through the referral code issued to each partner are eligible for rewards. Attribution is determined by this code.
Deal registration (valid 90 days)
Register a prospect in advance as a deal, and that introduction is treated as valid for 90 days from registration. It protects the groundwork you put in first.
Confirmation, payout, and carry-over
Rewards are confirmed at the end of the month in which the referred customer's payment is received, and paid by bank transfer on the 15th of the following month (the next business day if the 15th is a bank holiday), within 60 days of the customer's payment. We do not carry over small amounts: amounts under JPY 3,000 are also paid that month (only corporate partners not covered by the Japanese Freelance Act may ask to carry them over to the next month). We bear the bank transfer fee. Details follow the latest terms at contract time.
Please note: disclose that it is advertising
When introducing the Service in social posts, articles, videos, emails or the like, partners must clearly indicate that the content is advertising for MAPRISE, for example with "PR", "Ad" or "MAPRISE referral partner (commission paid)". Statements that are untrue, guarantee results or disparage other companies are not permitted. If this is breached, we may suspend commission payments and terminate the partner agreement.
